London Winter Yoga Workshop

Come and reflect through yoga, guided writing and intention setting.

Enjoy a really good, embodied yoga practice with Rosie, a deep rest and reflection exercises to lean more fully towards your whole self this winter.

The studio is warm, beautiful and my hope is this workshop will feel like an afternoon retreat for your body, mind and spirit.

Winter in the cyclical calendar is the time of rest. Of stillness, quiet and integration.

  • Can you delve into the quiet space in your heart and notice what would like to rest?

  • Can we learn to embrace this season and learn one of the greatest of all the lessons; that light comes from the dark.

A celebration of the soon to be winter solstice.

Our movement will be both dynamic and deeply restful with enough time and space for breathing, hands on assists and really getting back into your body. Where the knowing lives.

Understand how winter feels in your body and explore what you would like to bring forward during this season and the next.

Bring a journal and pen, otherwise all yoga equipment and changing rooms are provided.
